Innovation Workshop No5: Concept designing 5

2014.04.09

"The design sensitive engineers of the future." are sought by society and companies. These are talents who can design products which express their functionality, and produce well-balanced designs that incorporate a wide variety of perspectives. This incorporates the challenge of basic universal and versatile thinking (concept) and how to convert into shapes.

In this workshop, we will make a presentation on a simple design derived from the concept arising from discussion on one theme. We are not concerned about "good or bad". Together with students from Musashino Art University, we will extract a variety of possibilities, discovery, trial and error, and important things which are overlooked while "converting ideas into a shape or form ".
